William “BakeShow” Baker is the embodiment of the phrase “Mr. Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop, Don’t Stop!” Born in Alton, Illinois and raised in Minnesota, he is a self-taught music engineer and producer whose passion and hustle have made him a well-known name in both the music scene and his community.

In 2012, William became widely recognized as William “BakeShow” Baker, the dynamic on-air personality for Minnesota’s KMOJ 89.9 – The People’s Station, where his voice and energy became a staple for listeners across the Twin Cities. Beyond the booth, William is a dedicated community activist, lending his voice and time to local movements aimed at correcting injustices and empowering the people.

With over 20 years of experience in Minnesota’s education system, William is also a respected youth mentor and educator, committed to shaping the next generation through guidance, creativity, and compassion. A true jack-of-all-trades and a beloved figure in his community, William “BakeShow” Baker continues to inspire through his many talents and unwavering dedication.

Taylor Threatt, Secretary

Taylor Threatt is a driven and detail-oriented professional with a passion for empowering individuals from communities of color and serving as a positive role model. Currently working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, she plays a key role in guiding candidates through the hiring process, including pre-employment support, interview coordination, and job placement.

Taylor brings a diverse and well-rounded background with experience in payroll, medical billing, customer service, and event planning. Her strong administrative skills across multiple industries have equipped her with a deep understanding of client and organizational needs. With a commitment to excellence and a heart for service, Taylor continues to grow her career while making meaningful contributions to the communities she represents.

Nayt is a person in long-term recovery with a deep commitment to serving and uplifting the recovery community. Over the past seven years, he has helped operate and grow BSM Sober Homes, a sober housing program that began with just one house in 2015 and now provides safe, supportive housing to over 100 men and women across 11 homes.

Through his work, Nayt has witnessed firsthand the evolving challenges of addiction and the growing impact of the epidemic on individuals and families. His passion lies in creating pathways to recovery that emphasize dignity, accountability, and opportunity. He is a strong advocate for peer-to-peer support, integrity-based housing, and holistic access to addiction resources.

In his current role as a leader in recovery services development, Nayt focuses on building sustainable programming and fostering meaningful relationships within the Substance Use Disorder and Recovery community. His work centers on long-term impact, equity, and the belief that recovery is not only possible—it’s powerful when supported by community and connection.
